- Large propane stove or grill
- Grill tools (tongs, spatula, etc.)
- Refillable propane tanks or fuel
- Shared cooking pots, pans, utensils
- Bulk non-perishable snacks & meals
- Group-size cooler with ice
- Plates, bowls, utensils (disposable or washable)

Group Organization Tips
- Assign roles (cook, firewood, security, cleanup)
- Set quiet hours or lights-out time
- Use walkie-talkies if cell service is bad
- Keep valuables in locked vehicles or hidden
- Leave no trace – clean up daily
