  • Multiple tents or large multi-room tent
  • Folding tables & group-size coolers
  • Camp chairs (one per person)
  • Lanterns / string lights (plus extra batteries)
  • Large water jug / dispenser
  • Campfire pit or propane fire ring (if allowed)
  • Outdoor speaker (keep volume rally-friendly)
  • Dry-erase board or group message area
  • Camp flags, signs, or decor (to find your site easily)

Group Cooking & Food Supplies

  • Large propane stove or grill
  • Grill tools (tongs, spatula, etc.)
  • Refillable propane tanks or fuel
  • Shared cooking pots, pans, utensils
  • Bulk non-perishable snacks & meals
  • Group-size cooler with ice
  • Plates, bowls, utensils (disposable or washable)
  • Trash bags (lots) & recycling bags
  • Paper towels / napkins
  • Dishwashing bin, soap & sponge
  • Hand sanitizer / wipes

Group Hygiene & Safety

  • Shared first aid kit (well-stocked)
  • Toilet paper (campgrounds can run out)
  • Bug spray & sunscreen (bulk bottles)
  • Baby wipes / body wipes (group packs)
  • Quick-dry towels (1+ per person)
  • Portable shower (if camping off-grid)
  • Camp shower tent (optional)
  • Earplugs for everyone (for sleep)

Individual Packing List

  • Sleeping bag & pad/air mattress
  • Pillow or inflatable pillow
  • Layered clothes for hot days / cold nights
  • Rain gear / poncho
  • Riding gear (helmet, gloves, jacket, etc.)

  • Zip ties & duct tape
  • Extra gas can (optional)
  • Kickstand pads (1 per bike)
  • Cable locks or U-locks for security
  • Spare keys (store with a buddy or safe spot)

Group Organization Tips

  • Assign roles (cook, firewood, security, cleanup)
  • Set quiet hours or lights-out time
